Representation of clients in major stadium construction and renovation projects across Florida, including serving as counsel to the City of Orlando for the $400 million comprehensive renovation of Camping World Stadium, advising Inter Miami Stadium on the construction of the 25,000-seat Major League Soccer (MLS) stadium known as Miami Freedom Park and its associated mixed-use development, and acting as lead construction counsel for the renovation of the third largest public university football stadium in the Atlantic Coast Conference, and its associated facilities in Tallahassee, Florida. Responsibilities included drafting and negotiating design and construction agreements, providing strategic advice on project delivery and tax matters, and assisting owners with day-to-day construction issues for these high-profile, transformative developments.

Representation of MSC Cruises as primary construction counsel for the design and construction of the world's largest cruise terminal located at PortMiami. The state-of-the-art facility includes two cruise terminals with two berths for vessels and capacity for up to 36,000 passengers. Leslie drafted and negotiated the design, construction, and ancillary agreements on behalf of MSC Cruises, with both foreign and local design and construction companies. 

Representation of both public and private universities in Florida (including a top-100-ranked public Historically Black College and University (HBCU) located in Tallahassee, Florida, and South Florida's largest private university located in Miami, Florida), and private developers in Florida and elsewhere, in the design and construction of student housing facilities, residence halls, and luxury student apartments, and associated classrooms, conference areas, and other amenities. Representation included drafting and negotiating complex design and construction agreements, as well as ancillary agreements.

Representation of multiple developers of high-end luxury condominium, hotel and resort properties throughout the United States, in the bidding, drafting and negotiation of complex design and construction agreements. For instance, Leslie represented an international developer in the development of a mixed-use project located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach which set the new luxury standard in South Florida for architecture, design, culture, and hospitality. Representation included a complicated multimillion-dollar construction loan closing which involved three properties, ongoing construction that needed to be shut down and then recommenced, five separate general contractors, and over 70 subcontractors. The project, at final completion, included the construction and redevelopment of multiple hotels, a condominium tower, an arts center, a ballroom/assembly-type space, parking garages and retail areas. Representation also included the drafting and negotiation of all design and construction contracts for the various segments of the project.
