Luke represents a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, developers, investment entities, and technology companies, in all aspects of complex real estate matters related to the rapidly evolving digital economy.

Luke has extensive experience advising clients on site selection, acquisition, and development of data center facilities, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements, and the structuring and procurement of data center-related incentives.

Additionally, Luke’s practice includes the preparation and negotiation of leasing documents, covenants, easements, licenses, and financing instruments, as well as the comprehensive review of title commitments, ALTA surveys, and due diligence materials addressing environmental, zoning, historical, and other commercial considerations. Known for his strategic counsel on risk management, due diligence, and transaction structuring, Luke is adept at resolving complex disputes and developing innovative solutions to address the unique financing, regulatory, and operational challenges faced by clients in the data center and digital infrastructure sectors, as well as in traditional sectors such as retail, self-storage, healthcare, automotive, industrial, and multifamily housing.
