Marissa Amuial concentrates her practice on land use and development throughout South Florida. She represents clients in a variety of land use and zoning matters, including comprehensive plan amendments, zoning code changes, historic preservation approvals, special area plans (SAPs), development agreements, and other complex land use matters. Marissa's practice ranges from conducting preliminary zoning due diligence to preparing and managing land use applications for all types of projects, from small multifamily buildings in Bay Harbor Islands to complex large-scale mixed-use developments such as the Miami Design District. She has successfully represented clients before municipal boards in various jurisdictions, including the City of Miami, Miami Beach, Bay Harbor Islands, Aventura, and Sunny Isles Beach, helping to unlock development potential and move projects forward with confidence.
