Maureen Hannon focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions with particular emphasis on domestic and international acquisitions and sales, and real estate finance for clients in the healthcare, affordable housing and construction, and hospitality industries. She regularly represents mortgage REIT’s, banks, life insurance companies, financial institutions, funds, family offices and debt platforms in a wide variety of commercial real estate finance transactions, including construction financing and mortgage and mezzanine loans (both securitized and unsecuritized). She has also represented owners and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale.

Maureen also has experience negotiating construction agreements on behalf of owners, both renovation and ground-up construction, and tenants for build-outs. In addition, she has experience reviewing construction agreements for lenders making construction loans.
