Mojan Anari represents employers in all aspects of employment disputes and counseling. She focuses her practice on pre-litigation disputes, administrative claims, civil individual and class litigation, and preventative advice and counseling. She has experience handling single plaintiff FEHA matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, wage and hour actions, and commercial and business litigation from inception to conclusion in California state and federal courts, employment arbitrations, and FINRA arbitrations. She has defended high exposure cases from commencement to resolution, handling fact investigation, discovery and depositions, law and motion, oral argument, settlement negotiations, mediation, trial preparation, and arbitration. 

Mojan has defended numerous putative class actions and PAGA representative actions alleging various wage and hour claims including overtime, minimum wage, meal and rest period, waiting time penalty and wage statement claims.

Mojan also provides legal services on a pro bono basis to The Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, Public Counsel’s Children’s Rights Project for Dependency Adoptions, and the Alliance for Children’s Rights.
