Muriel Leung is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group, where she supports clients with trademark and patent prosecution. She has assisted with trademark clearance, portfolio strategy, office action responses, and application drafting, including work completed as part of a law school patent clinic. In addition to her prosecution work, Muriel has assisted with copyright and patent litigation, as well as transactional matters. 

Muriel holds a degree in physics with laboratory experience in robotics. Prior to law school, she worked as a paralegal at the Mellon Foundation and at a boutique litigation firm focused on art and entertainment law.
