Paige Cham is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. She navigates complex litigation matters, including administrative hearings. Paige represents municipal authorities, private corporations, financial institutions, and individuals, in all areas of general commercial litigation, real estate transactions, contract disputes, and governmental contracting.

In addition to her litigation practice, Paige represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions, in leasing and development projects. She has experience conducting title and survey reviews, resolving title issues, drafting PSAs and leases, reviewing loan and mortgage documents, and assisting with 1031 transactions.
