Paige Newman focuses her practice on state and federal discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. Her practice includes advising and counseling on various employment issues, including leave of absence requests, disability accommodations, compliance with state leave laws, and compliance with restrictive covenant laws. She has experience litigating matters related to the enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements against former employees, as well as advising clients on navigating the hiring of applicants subject to restrictive covenant agreements. Her practice also involves drafting separation agreements and employment agreements, assisting clients with reductions in force, and drafting multi-state employee handbooks.
