Pam Williams is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Akerman, overseeing all aspects of human resource management and employee relations policies, practices, and operations for the firm. Pam has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, specializing in talent acquisition/recruitment, employee development, employee relations, and training.

Pam is a member of Akerman’s Community Impact Team, where she serves as the National Administrative Center's Team Leader, working to plan and implement local fundraising and charitable initiatives aligned with the firm’s areas of focus. She is also a member of the Equality and Inclusion Committee, focused on addressing challenges and developing initiatives to increase diversity and inclusion within our firm and in the legal community.
