Rola Daaboul is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business torts, and personal disputes in state and federal courts. She advises clients on a wide range of matters including intellectual property, employment, real estate, construction, trade secrets, class actions, constitutional claims, institutional reform, and other business matters. She has experience representing a diverse range of clients including technology and biotech companies, hospitals, universities, and state officials and entities, including the Texas Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Texas Health & Human Services Commission, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and the Texas General Land Office. She regularly represents clients in business disputes involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, First Amendment and Civil Rights, breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trademark infringement, non-competes, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements, shareholder derivative actions, business divorces and control disputes, Ponzi schemes, trusts and estates, and other issues.

Rola’s diverse practice also involves assisting clients with protecting their intellectual property and brands with respect to the Metaverse and Web3, including issues relating to the creation, minting, licensing, and selling of NFTs, and has crafted tailored NFT license agreements for various NFT collections.

In addition, Rola is skilled in drafting appellate briefs in state and federal courts, including petitions for writ of certiorari, and has successfully presented oral arguments before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on numerous occasions. She is also experienced in submitting information requests pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Texas Public Information Act.
