Rola Daaboul is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, business torts, and personal disputes in state and federal courts. She has experience representing a diverse range of clients including technology and biotech companies, hospitals, universities, and state officials and entities, including the Texas Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, Texas Health & Human Services Commission, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, and the Texas General Land Office. She regularly represents clients in business disputes involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, First Amendment and Civil Rights, breach of contract, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trademark infringement, non-competes, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements, shareholder derivative actions, business divorces and control disputes, Ponzi schemes, trusts and estates, and other issues.
