Royce Egeolu focuses his practice on real estate and project development, with a particular emphasis on data center transactions. He represents landlords and tenants in a wide range of short- and long-term build-to-suit leases, co-location leases, master services agreements, and service level agreements, with a primary focus on hyperscale data center users.

Royce regularly advises buyers and sellers on the site selection, acquisition, and development of data center facilities, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements and the structuring and procurement of data center-related incentives. His practice also includes the preparation and negotiation of leasing documents, covenants, easements, licenses, and financing instruments, as well as the comprehensive review of title commitments, ALTA surveys, and due diligence materials addressing environmental, zoning, historical, and other commercial considerations.

In addition, Royce has experience handling complex, high-value real estate transactions for corporate, municipal, and nonprofit clients across a broad range of asset classes. He advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, and provides practical, solutions-oriented counsel at every stage of a transaction, helping clients navigate complex issues and advance their business objectives.
