Sam DeLee focuses her practice on transactional and regulatory matters in the renewable energy and nuclear power sectors. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including master service agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and power purchase agreements, across the United States and internationally. Sam regularly advises on complex acquisition and asset purchase transactions, and has played a key role in structuring innovative projects and joint ventures for energy clients. Her practice also covers drafting and reviewing documents for project finance deals, such as debt, tax equity, and cash equity financings, as well as membership interest purchase agreements, loan documents, equity capital contribution agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.

In addition to her transactional work, Sam is skilled in coordinating due diligence, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance in fast-paced deal environments. She is also committed to pro bono service, contributing her expertise to organizations such as Freedom Network USA and The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program.
