Sam Bashman focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial litigation before Delaware’s state and federal courts, with a particular emphasis on matters before the Delaware Court of Chancery. He represents clients in high-stakes business disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder derivative actions, appraisal proceedings, books and records demands, board composition challenges, and contract disputes.
Sam manages all phases of litigation — from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. He also provides advice and counsel to liquidating trustees, receivers, and special litigation committees navigating complex corporate governance disputes.
