Scott Miller is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, where he represents corporate and individual clients in state and federal courts in matters related to white collar and complex civil litigation, as well as representing corporations in internal investigations regarding employee misconduct. Scott previously worked as a prosecutor in the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he tried a number of jury trials to verdict and handled long-term complex investigations with local and federal law enforcement authorities into international and domestic money laundering and narcotic organizations.
