Sonya Punjwani focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving data centers and digital infrastructure. She works with clients on matters related to the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and operation of data centers and other digital infrastructure assets. Drawing on her commercial real estate finance experience, she advises lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions that support the development and operation of these and other commercial real estate assets.

Sonya's experience also includes representing lenders in multifamily loan originations involving agency financing backed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as transactions involving affordable housing, Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contracts, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and condominium structures.
