Tara Gould focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving acquisition and development on behalf of residential home builders, developers, commercial property owners, and institutional investors. She concentrates on homeowner association and master property owner association documentation. She also assists with general due diligence, including the review of development approvals, plat requirements, and land use matters.

In addition to her private sector experience providing representation to municipal clients, Tara began her career as an Assistant General Counsel at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and served over five years as an Assistant County Attorney for Orange County. Most recently, Tara served as the Assistant General Counsel for the Toho Water Authority where she gained first-hand experience with a host of legal matters and operational issues impacting public water utilities.
