Tazio Heller has experience in complex commercial litigation, including business torts, fraud, breach of contract, and statutory claims in state and federal courts. He brings a distinctive combination of private practice and judicial experience, having represented clients in high-stakes disputes ranging from $45 million to more than $3.7 billion and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ellen F. D'Angelo, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Florida.

During his clerkship in one of the nation's most active federal districts, Tazio assumed significant responsibility across Judge D'Angelo's civil docket, drafting reports and recommendations on dispositive and pre-trial motions and assisting with criminal duty proceedings. Prior to his clerkship, he litigated complex commercial disputes — including matters involving business torts, unfair competition, conspiracy, and multi-million-dollar construction defect claims — first-chairing hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of his clients.
