Thea Alli focuses her practice on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She has experience conducting internal investigations into employee misconduct and recommended remediation measures in connection with alleged employee misconduct. 

Thea also has experience counseling clients on employment matters with regard to corporate transactions, in addition to advising clients on various compliance issues.
