Tim Bramwell focuses his practice on public finance and health care finance, including related securities and tax matters. He represents issuers, underwriters, trustees, financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of transactions, including public bond offerings and private placement transactions.

Over his career, Tim has served in various roles on hundreds of transactions with an aggregate principal amount in excess of $5 billion. More recently, Tim’s practice has focused heavily on tax-exempt financings for community development districts and for affordable housing, senior living facilities and charter schools, in particular as bond counsel and trustee's counsel. During his career, Tim’s practice has also included representing taxpayers before the IRS and state and local tax authorities and representing multifamily real estate developers in negotiations with their equity partners and lenders.
