Thomas Kearney, Ariel Stern, and Tobias Moon will speak at the 2016 MBA Regulatory Compliance Conference.  Thomas will present on the HMDA Workshop titled, "Deep Dive into Data Points," and will discuss the new HMDA Rule emphasizing the data provided by lenders, as well as operational challenges and solutions. Ariel will present on the Litigation Session titled, "Key Developments," and will discuss key cases involving mortgage compliance and possible defenses. Lastly, Tobias Moon will present on the Essentials Session titled, "Servicing Including the Latest Rules," and will detail the CFPB’s Servicing Rule, as amended, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) rules, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) activities, and other significant developments.
