Mark Passler, Chair of Akerman's Intellectual Property Practice Group, David Brafman, and Rachel Rudensky will be featured speakers at the 25th Annual North American Entertainment, Sports and Intellectual Property Law Conference. Rachel will moderate the panel, "Trademark Case Law Update." David Brafman will be a panellist on the session titled, "Crowd Sourced Funding, Capital Raises and Securities," and Mark Passler will be a panellist on the session, "Don't Get Burned – Due Diligence and Audits in Licensing and Transactions." The four-day conference is sponsored by the Florida, Georgia, and New York Entertainment & Sports Law Sections and will feature various presentations detailing trends and best practices in the entertainment and sports industries.
