Attendees will receive a review of recent changes and available program resources to assist with their employment eligibility verification process.

Craig Fansler, from the Department of Justice, will provide a presentation on the types of discrimination prohibited under the Immigration and Nationality Act's anti-discrimination provision, including discrimination in the Form 1-9 and E-Verify processes.
