Akerman will host a hybrid workshop on Negotiating for the Compensation You Deserve, presented by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Miami. The workshop will acknowledge and discuss the biases women face, and leave time for connection between women to share stories and empower each other. 

Co-Founder of The Thoughtful Co, Jillian Climie will teach attendees how compensation decisions are made within companies and what they should be thinking about before they enter a negotiation.
