Akerman’s M&A and Private Equity Practice will present session one of its Private Equity Boot Camp series workshop on Acquisition Structures.  Attendees will join virtually for an insightful discussion featuring Akerman’s nationally recognized M&A and Private Equity partners.

This complimentary program, which covers a variety of topics throughout the year for entry and mid-level private equity professionals, is geared towards enhancing the understanding of practical legal considerations for getting private equity deals done while effectively managing risk.
