Akerman’s M&A and Private Equity Practice will present session two of its Private Equity Boot Camp series workshop on Acquisition Structures and Agreements. Attendees will join virtually for an insightful discussion featuring Akerman’s nationally recognized M&A and Private Equity partners.

This complimentary program, which covers a variety of topics throughout the year for entry and mid-level private equity professionals, is geared towards enhancing the understanding of practical legal considerations for getting private equity deals done while effectively managing risk. During this session, participants will (i) sharpen their skills in understanding various legal structures used in acquisition transactions and the reasons for using one structure over another and (ii) become familiar with the common provisions in an acquisition agreement.
