Akerman LLP, along with the Cornell Center for Innovative Hospitality Labor and Employment Relations (CIHLER), will host the 2019 Miami Regional Roundtable. Topics will include a review of recent trends in hospitality law, wage and hour law and how employers can prepare for lawsuits, and employee arbitration with respect to recent judicial and legislative efforts.
