Akerman is a sponsor of the Paul J. Hartman Memorial State and Local Tax (SALT) Forum. Lorie Fale, who is a member of the Forum's Advisory Board, will speak on a panel titled, "The Ins and Outs of State NOL Deductions And Credits." The panel will analyze the various issues associated with net operating losses (NOL) and provide helpful information on how to minimize the risks and maximize the usefulness of these credits.
