The 15th Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Conference will cover topics such as compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), recent case law developments, employee classification issues, state and local wage laws, and enforcement trends. The 41st Labor and Employment Law Annual Conference will address various labor and employment law issues, including workplace discrimination and harassment, labor relations, workplace safety, and emerging workplace challenges such as remote work and the gig economy, among other topics.
