Akerman is a sponsor of the 2025 Committee on Development of the Law Under the NLRA Midwinter Meeting presented by the American Bar Association (ABA). Genaira Tyce will moderate a panel titled "Update from the Office of General Counsel: 2024 Enforcement Developments and 2025 Planned Initiatives." During this panel, the NLRB Acting General Counsel will provide a review of enforcement developments in the past year and an outlook on initiatives planned for 2025.
