Amy Moor Gaylord will speak at a webinar titled, "Labor Relations Academy III: The Negotiation Process," a workshop hosted by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA). The all-day event, designed for labor relations and human resource professionals, will guide participants through strategies for successful negotiations and will include simulations designed to put those strategies to the test. Speakers will discuss topics such as preparing for bargaining, timing and order of settlements, using mediators, qualities of a successful negotiator, and more.
