Amy Moor Gaylord will speak at a webinar titled, "Academy II - The Grievance Arbitration Process," a workshop hosted by the National Public Employer Labor Relations Association (NPELRA), as part of the Labor Relations Certification Program Virtual Academy. The all-day event, designed for labor relations and human resource professionals, will address responding to a grievance and educate participants about the role of arbitration in union-management relations from the perspective of the practitioner, the arbitrator, and the advocate.
