Ashlea Edwards will present a session titled "From Hiring to Separation: The Latest Trends in Human Resources Laws and Regulations" at the Association of Legal Administrations (ALA) Jacksonville Chapter monthly meeting. Ashlea will provide comprehensive, up-to-date guidance on a spectrum of new laws and regulations over the past year with respect to employee relations matters from hiring to separation, including but not limited to the status of the Federal Trade Commission’s Non-Compete Rule, Artificial Intelligence in hiring, EEOC Harassment Guidance, the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, PUMP Act and new overtime regulations.
