Augusto Maxwell, Akerman's Cuba Practice Chair, will speak on a panel titled "Perspectives on the Impact of Changes with Cuba" at the South Florida Economic Summit presented by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. In addition to discussing the effects of the recent U.S.-Cuba policy changes, the summit will examine key elements of the South Florida economy, including threats, opportunities, and special challenges, as well as the economic advantages of the South Florida marketplace.
