Beau Baker, Co-Chair of Akerman’s Real Estate Financing Practice will moderate a panel titled, "Treading CRE Investing in the Current Credit Cycle" at the CRE Financial Council (CREFC) After-Work Seminar. The panel conversation will contextualize today’s unique macro backdrop within the broader credit cycle and discuss the implications of rapid changes in interest rates, inflation, and liquidity on the real estate lending business.
