Brenda Radmacher will speak on the panel titled “Protecting Your Business - Risk Management and HR" at the Women Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE) California Annual Conference. In addition to being a national board member of WCOE, Brenda is also a conference coordinator for the WCOE California 2024 Annual Conference.

This year’s conference, “Uncorking Innovation and Harvesting Growth in Napa Valley,” will include a variety of panels discussing topics such as technology, California legislation, succession planning, and more. WCOE California's core purposes include promoting women-owned businesses, advancing women in executive management positions, and providing resources and a network of executive women within the construction industry.
