Cecelia Bonifay, Chair of the Land Use & Sustainable Development Practice, and Jonathan Robbins, Chair of the Regulated Substances Practice, will both speak at The Seminar Group's Marijuana in Florida Conference. Jonathan's panel, "Amendment 2 Rules Update" will provide an update on the status of implementation of Amendment 2. Cecelia's session "Real Estate and Land Use," will provide an analysis and compilation of a cannabis lease agreement, and will discuss the specific leasehold issues, purchase and sale agreements, and zoning and land use requirements for land that will be used for marijuana businesses.
