Dale Cohen will moderate a webinar panel titled, “COVID-19 Safety Measures: Lessons Learned and Liability Concerns,” presented by the Women’s Franchising Network’s (WFN) New York/New Jersey Chapter. The panel will cover best practices for implementing COVID-19 safety precautions, how to handle employee and customer pushback, and liability concerns related to the foregoing.

WFN’s are local networks that are an extension of the International Franchise Association (IFA) designed to develop relationships among professional women in franchising and to address issues, share ideas, and offer solutions related to franchising.
