Dale Noll will be a panelist at the 39th Annual Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference hosted by the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. The panel titled, "Modern Ethics," will be an exploration and discussion of changing family structures and its effect on planning and administration. Topics include the legalization of same-sex marriage, name changes and gender affirming surgeries, and new terminology for practitioners to be aware of. Additional discussion will include dealing with new ethical considerations in a rapidly changing practice.
