Akerman partner, David Bayne, of the Litigation Practice Group, will speak at the New York State Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section 2026 Annual Meeting. The program will feature a variety of timely and relevant topics.
 
David will speak on a panel titled “Legal Ethics for IP in an AI World: Risks and Rewards,” which will cover the most recent and best ethical practices for attorneys and their clients using Generative AI in connection with provision of legal services, and especially for IP-related AI use.
 
Akerman will host the program lunch at its New York office.
