Akerman’s Tax Practice Group Co-Chair, David Blum, will present on a session titled “Key Apportionment Issues" at the Council on State Taxation’s (COST) upcoming Spring Conference and Audit Session. The session will focus on the critical elements of the apportionment formula denominator; the issues encountered using special industry apportionment methods; and the elements of fair apportionment in the market-based sourcing world.
