Eduardo "Eddy" Espinosa will moderate this year’s regulatory panel at the National Association of Federal Equity Receivers (NAFER) 13th Annual Conference. Eddy will join senior counsel from the CFTC, FTC and SEC to discuss regulatory trends, recent judicial decisions, and their implications for receivers.

NAFER is the only organization dedicated solely to issues arising in connection with federal receivers. NAFER’s annual conference is regularly attended by over 300 lawyers, accountants, regulators from the various regulatory agencies that seek the appointment of receivers, and federal judges. 

Eddy has been active with NAFER for over a decade and proudly serves on its Board of Directors.
