Elizabeth Hodge will speak on a session titled, “Read the Fine Print: Contracting Best Practices When Using Artificial Intelligence to Improve the Health Care Ecosystem” at the Health Care Transactions Conference, presented by the American Health Law Association (AHLA).

Attendees will develop knowledge about the risks they face when contracting with vendors that develop or use AI and gain practical suggestions on how to mitigate the exposure to their healthcare organization when contracting with vendors that create or use AI.
