Elizabeth Hodge will be a co-speaker at the Physicians and Hospitals Law Institute conference, presented by the American Health Law Association (AHLA). Her presentation titled, "Is Your Health Data Sloshing Out of the Privacy Bowl? Preventing PHI Spills and Other Data Misuse," will discuss health privacy and data misuse. This conference will focus on the legal, regulatory, transactional, and compliance challenges faced by physicians and by hospitals and health systems.
