Elizabeth Hodge will speak on a panel titled “The Complicated World of Privacy, A Panel Discussion: Implications & Consequences" at the Health Care Compliance and Regulatory Continuing Education Program, hosted by The Florida Bar Health Law Section.

The panel will also discuss best practices for mitigation and possible consequences of a HIPAA incident.
