Elizabeth Hughes will speak on a topic titled "Changes to Florida Law Regarding Mental Health and Substance Abuse: CS/HB 7021" at the 44th Annual Legislative and Caselaw Update Seminar, presented by the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (RPPTL). The seminar will enable attendees to stay current on changes in Florida statutory laws, as well as recent court decisions.
