Eric Gordon, Chair of Akerman’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, will speak at the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County’s (HRPBC) workshop. His presentation, “Hot Topics in Employment Law,” will provide updates and best practices on some of the hottest trending topics in employment law including wage and hour laws under the FLSA, employee use of social media outside the workplace, marijuana in the workplace, paid leave laws, new hiring laws; and discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
