Erica Mason will speak on a webinar panel titled, "The Rise of the LatinX Lawyer," presented by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). The panel will discuss how the overall number of LatinX attorneys remains lacking, particularly in in-house roles, despite the fact that the number of LatinX lawyers rising to the highest ranks of their organizations is growing. The panelists will share their personal paths to success; tips and strategies for building successful in-house careers; and what they, and we, can do to ensure that the next generation of LatinX lawyers are provided a more equitable and inclusive playing field.
