Akerman is a sponsor of the ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean presentation on the new Public-Private Partnership law passed by the 2013 Florida Legislature. Neisen Kasdin will moderate as a panel discusses the potential impact of the new statute on future development proposals between public and private sectors.
