Francisco Rodriguez will speak at the Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) 2017 Annual Meeting. His panel "Dispute Resolution in the Caribbean" will address a variety of topics, including the challenges in reconciling civil and common law principles across a culturally and linguistically diverse region and the roles groups like the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in the Caribbean (OHADC) and CPR can play in seeking to promote alternative dispute resolution practices.
