The panelists will explain the Rule, the recent developments and prospect of any appeals. 

The panel will also discuss how the result of the upcoming presidential election could affect the destination of the Rule and what Japanese companies should be mindful of with employee non-compete agreements in operating and acquiring U.S. companies.
